2020 Call to Artists

FestivALL - Charleston, WV

As a nonprofit with a strong focus on connecting the arts to ALL, FestivALL strives to incorporate artist-made graphics into promotional materials. FestivALL is requesting designs for 2020 promotions & marketing for FestivALL, Taste-of-ALL, and the Capitol Street Art Fair.

We are looking for a cohesive design for FestivALL 2020 that can translate to both t-shirts and posters. In addition, we are seeking a design for the 2020 Capitol Street Art Fair. Please read the details below carefully.



  • Please keep designs PG-13
  • Designs must be created with 3 colors or less
  • Artists may create separate designs to submit for each event OR create a single design for one event.
  • FestivALL is a celebration of ALL of the arts and the community that surrounds us-- if you need some inspo, check out some of our photos here .
  • Event Dates:
     June 14-28

STIPEND & RECOGNITION:  Each artist will receive a stipend of $100-$200 (depending on how many of your designs are chosen) for their work if they are chosen. Artists will also receive one of each product that features their printed design. In addition, artists will be recognized on the FestivALL website and social media.

FestivALL Charleston
FestivALL will transform "A City Into A Work Of Art” with live music, dance, theatre, art, family fun and more June 14-28, 2020. Main events include The Mayor’s Concert; Wine & Jazz Music Festival; Capitol Street Art Fair; Children’s Art Fair; Dance FestivALL, CLOG productions, Carriage Trail Walk with Music, Dance and Art; B&B River Queen Cruises & Taxi, and more. Events take place at over 40 venues in downtown Charleston, WV.

Capitol Street Art Fair & Children’s Art Fair
The Capitol Street Art Fair & Children’s Art Fair take place Saturday June 27,10am-6pm and Sunday June 28, 11am-5pm along Capitol Street. The fairs take over the blocks from Virginia Street to Washington Street, incorporating 3 music/entertainment stages, over 80 local and national artisans, as well as street performers. The Children’s Art Fair includes make & take art activities, children’s music and the Kanawha County Public Library Street Fair on Saturday.
