Aims to showcase regional authors and provide an opportunity for community members to learn more about the authors, their works, their processes and inspiration. This roundtable discussion is curated and led by WV Poet Laureate Marc Harshman. The audience will also have the opportunity to ask questions with the panel.
Roundtable will be live on YouTube Sunday June 21 with audience Q&A at the end of the program. A recording of the event will be made available and be housed on FestivALL’s YouTube channel for the duration of the 15 days of FestivALL.
2020 Roundtable Poets:
James Harms is the author of eight full-length poetry collections, most recently Rowing with Wings (Carnegie Mellon University Press, 2017). He is a Professor of English at WVU in Morgantown, WV.
Mary B. Moore
A native Californian with a Ph.D. in Renaissance poetry and prose, Mary B. Moore taught poetry, Shakespeare and writing at Marshall University. Recent poems have appeared in Poetry, 32 Poems, Prairie Schooner, and Gettysburg Review.
Elizabeth Savage is the poetry editor for Kestrel and a professor of English at Fairmont State University.
