E&TW\, who now call Virginia’s capital city of Richmond home\, have evolved their sound over the past ten years to where it currently stands firmly in the soul and indie-pop genres\, drawing influences from a wide range of artists including Emily King\, D’Angelo\, YEBBA\, Vulfpeck\, and Donny Hathaway. \nThe band blends the expressive\, powerhouse vocals of frontwoman\, Erin Lunsford\, with the pop\, funk\, and indie sensibilities of bandmates Ryan Lipps (guitar)\, Nick Quillen (drums)\, and Matt Wood (bass). In addition to the core four\, E&TW has recently found a kindred musical soul in keyboardist Stephen Roach\, who has played with the band since 2019.  \nErin & The Wildfire’s first live show back\, after a pandemic-induced hiatus in 2020\, was an exciting sold-out event at Richmond\, Virginia’s Friday Cheers in 2021. The band also made their  debut on NPR’s Mountain Stage in 2021 alongside Amy Helm\, Chris Pierce\, and Christian Lopez\, airing to 200+ stations nationwide. E&TW has provided direct support for national tours including Sammy Rae & The Friends’ 2022 Follow Me Like the Moon Tour\, Maggie Rose’s Summer 2022 Tour\, and The Dip’s Fall 2019 Tour. DESCRIPTION:This headlining event features Alicia Mae Holloway & her dance partner Keith Reeves. Holloway is from Morgantown\, West Virginia and began dancing when she was three years old at Kat and Company Dance Studio. In 2007\, Alicia began taking classes at MorgantownDance Studio. She also trained at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts before attending the School of American Ballet from 2011-2015. She began her professional career dancing with the Suzanne Farrell Ballet\, and just completed dancing her seventh season with the Dance Theatre of Harlem where she has worked with Alicia Keys\, Aretha Franklin\, and Gladys Knight. DESCRIPTION:The Charleston Light Opera Guild will present multiple performances of ‘Little Shop of Horrors” between June 9 and 18\, 2023 during FestivALL at the Guild Theater! \nBased on the 1960 Roger Corman movie\, the musical “Little Shop of Horrors” with music by Alan Menken and book and lyrics by Howard Ashman tells the story of Seymour Krelhourn\, a meek floral assistant who makes a Faustian pact with a tiny plant in order to win the girl he loves. The mysterious Audrey II plant becomes an overnight sensation but exhibits a thirst for blood in order to survive and by the end of the show the plant’s secret threatens the entire planet. \nLittle Shop of Horrors premiered Off-Off-Broadway before moving to the Off-Broadway Orpheum Theatre in NY in 1982 where it had a five-year run. The musical was captured in a 1986 film starring Rick Moranis as Seymour\, Steve Martin as the dentist and Ellen Greene recreating her off-Broadway role as Audrey. DESCRIPTION:Join professional dancer Alicia Mae Holloway for a masterclass exploring ballet and contemporary dance! For ages 12 and up\, intermediate level and above. \nAlicia Mae Holloway is from Morgantown\, West Virginia and began dancing when she was three years old at Kat and Company Dance Studio. In 2007\, Alicia began taking classes at Morgantown Dance Studio. She also trained at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts before attending the School of American Ballet from 2011-2015. Alicia has attended the Boston Ballet Summer Dance Program\, as well as Pacific Northwest Ballet. She began her professional career dancing with the Suzanne Farrell Ballet\, and just completed dancing her seventh season with the Dance Theatre of Harlem where she has worked with Alicia Keys\, Aretha Franklin\, and Gladys Knight. She has shot music videos with Grammy award winning artist KEM\, as well as JAGMAC\, and Eryn Martin\, and can be seen in Google’s newest Hardware commercial\, as well as in Glamour Magazine’s November issue. This 5-mile race takes runners through downtown Charleston before ascending Spring Hill Cemetery Park where participants traverse through the historical landscape architecture featuring an arboretum containing 1\,400 trees of 109 species and offers some of the best views of Charleston before returning down the hill to finish the race riverside at Haddad Riverfront Park. Walkers take a more leisurely stroll to the foot of the hill before turning around to complete the course. DESCRIPTION:Charleston’s ARTbus is back! The public will vote on their favorite June 14th – 23rd as part of FestivALL. Visit us at festivallcharleston.com to cast your vote through June 23rd for the design you want to see on a 29′ KRT bus.  \nThis year\, 3 students\, 1 from Elementary\, 1 from Middle and 1 from High School will have their designs chosen to be a part of Charleston’s first YOUTH ARTbus. The winners will be announced on Monday June 24th.
