In this free class that is accessible to beginners\, experienced Practitioners and even first timers\, we will use therapeutic movement\, dynamic breathing\, and end with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation to raise your frequency\, unravel stress\, nurture your nervous system and shift your state of Being.
