Out of the Box is a textile exhibit that features fabrics, quilts, coverlets, and attire from the Craik-Patton House Collection. The exhibit’s primary focus is the material culture of the early to middle nineteenth century with an emphasis on the arts and handicrafts within the domestic sphere. Materials, such as quilts and coverlets from our curated collection, will be on display in the Craik-Patton House Conference Room, while other materials will be displayed within the context of our historic house.
