  • Morning Yoga & Sound

Just like the physical body, our energy and emotional systems require care and attention. When neglected, our frequency lowers and we lose the vitality and resilience to meet the demands of everyday life. It can even cause us to experience disease like chronic stress, anxiety and depression. In this free class that is accessible to beginners, experienced Practitioners and even first timers, we will use therapeutic movement, dynamic breathing, and end with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation to raise your frequency, unravel stress, nurture your nervous system and shift your state of Being. Must bring your own mats and props.
