Join Nina Ratliff (RYT 500) for a nourishing 60-minute, ALL levels yoga practice that ends with a soothing 15-minute gong bath.
Some mats and props will be provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own if they have them. We also recommend bringing a blanket and water.

Experience the charm of the Sunrise Carriage Trail amid fall foliage as you walk along the .65 mile trail, taking in the sights and sounds of live music, art, dance, and more.
Enjoy vignettes by JADCO, live music by Hannah & Her Empty Orchestra, Hot Jazz of Charleston, Minor Swing, String Chiefs and Jon Mounts, interactive art with Brianna Taft, spoken word by Xinos, and more!
NOTE: The trail is a wide gravel path approximately one-half mile long with a moderately steep incline. Dogs on leashes are welcome.

FOOTMAD Presents Corey Harris Band
Corey Harris is one of blues’ most faithful contemporary griots. Tracing the music back to its African roots, he has trekked all over the world to share these stories in song and in 2007 was awarded the MacArthur Fellowship Genius grant for unearthing and sharing that rich, connected history.
